Friends, Fun & Food!

Big Spring ISD is serving free meals this summer to the children of our community.  Any child between the ages of 1-18 years of age are eligible to eat at no cost to the child by simply showing up to one of the 4 participating sites during designated meal times..  Participants do not have to attend BSISD or meet any income guidelines.  Adults can eat for the cost of $2.35 per lunch and $1.00 for breakfast.

School takes a summer vacation but hunger does not.  This program is provided to ensure that the children in our community do not go hungry during the summer months.  During this week we are spreading the word about SFSP to parents and children.  For more information contact the BSISD Food Service Office at 264-3635.

BSISD will be running a bus to pick up kids at Marcy to eat at High School everyday June 2 to July 1. The bus leaves at 11:00 and return at 12:00

The Big Spring Independent School District announces the sponsorship of the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP).  Meals for the public will be provided at the sites listed:
